What Causes Bowel Movements During Menstruation?

I don t know if this is just a weird question, but I normally have bowel movements a lot during my period. I have 6 more days til my period and today I started having a large number of small bowel movements. Is this normal, my diet hasn t changed, neither have any of my stresses. Plus I am having a hard time sleeping at night feel wide awake but tired. What could this be? Can t be a sign if pregnancy could it?

HI
Well come to HCM
This is not the weird question, it is your right to clear the doubt, the symptom that you stated here of bowel movement, this is some time happens and this could be due to apprehensiveness, and nothing else, you have to control your thoughts that creates the panic and phobia, and these may be responsible for your symptom, take care.
