What Causes Body Tremors, Dizziness And Dry Mouth?

I feel shakey, dizzy, have dry mouth and can t think straight. I have fallen twice and have almost fallen several times. I am taking Wellbutrin and I think it has 417 on it and is a purple pill. I started with 1 pill a day for 3 days and then increased to 2 pills a day one at 3:00am and another about 1pm. I have been taking Wellbutrin for 6 days. I also take Paroxatine 30mg once a day and have been taken it for years. The reason I was given this drug is due to depression after loosing my husband which resulted in me loosing 15 lbs. My current weight is 78 pounds. I have contacted my doctor but at this point she has not returned my call. Should I be concerned.
