Cold is caused by a seasonal virus and it manifested with body ache, headache, muscle pain, fatigue and nausea. All your symptoms show a complication of the virus. To my patients I recommend taking painkillers to relieve pain and drinking a lot of fluids like hot tea. Bed rest is also recommended.
