What Causes Blurry Vision And Blackouts In Spots?

Hi, this has been a problem for me for about 2 years but recently it has gotten worse. Whenever I exercise (cardio, mainly) I get very light-headed - but what concerns me is that when I push myself a bit more than usual, not to excess though, my vision gets extremely blurry and blacks out in spots. It gets to the point where I have to lay down because I can't walk. Is this serious?

Straineuous exer cise might be raising BPwhich is effecting vision. Get your general health checkup. hemo gram may be done. complete eye examination may be done all investigation may help in diagnosing the reason for bluing vision.
