What Causes Blurred Vision?

What might cause intermittent hazy/cloudy vision in one eye? I have larger than normal optic nerves with the right being larger than the left. Thinner than normal corneas. Moderately dry eyes and blepharitis. For the last 2 days in mid-afternoon the vision in my right eye becomes hazy as if I m looking through very sheer fabric. This lasts for sevedal hours and then clears up.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

What does larger nerves mean dear? Are you myopic or is it due to glaucoma. We need to investigate that first as glaucoma can sometimes cause blurring of vision.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
