I am 22yrs old. I have no history of migraines or diabetes. I had my eyesight go out; like white. Think driving in a blizzard. After this occured 40 minutes, my work released me- and I went to the ER. under my right eye as well as the right side of my head began to ache.. the ER found nothing

It is a neurological problem. how ever you need complete eye examination. refraction, fundus examination, ocular muscle movement record of IOT. in these examination any problem detected should be treated. if not then neurologist to be consulted treatment according to his advise
