What Causes Bloody And Green Colored Bowel Movements?

About a month ago, I had a bright bloody bowel movement for two or three days with mucus on the first day. About a week later, I had a green bowel movement. I haven't seen a doctor since I am chronically afraid of them. Any ideas on what this could be? Could it be colon cancer?

According to your complain you have problem of green stool problem right now that may be because of iron rich food intake.
Protozoa infection like giardia may lead to this type of symptoms.
Gluten intolerance may ruled out.
Stomach flue also lead to this.
