What Causes Blood Pressure Of 180/10 And Fast Heart Rate?
my blood pressure was 180/10 and very fast hart rate, i wasn't dizzy i felt like my hart was rooking my body no headache or anything,by the way i always have a high hart rate about 90, and a blood pressure of like 140/60 at normal,i am not fat and i am an athlete (judo) i am 20 y old and played it since i could remember and have medals and stuff (i am not fealing in bad health) so WHAT?

you being young and hypertensive you should get some test done.
24 hr Urinary metanephrines for tumor of adrenal gland which causes high blood pressure and high heart rate.
also get renal ultrasound Doppler to look for narrowing of kidney vessel.
renal function test for kidney function.
I hope you do not smoke or do drugs because that can cause this.
Any way consume low salt diet and fruits.
