Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Alcohol intake can lead to increase acid secretion and damage to stomach/esophagus. Increase acid production and damage to stomach mucosa can cause blood in sputum. To know the nature and extent of problem, investigations like upper GI endoscopy and biopsy (if needed) are helpful.

For immediate relief antacids will help you. For long term treatment quit alcohol and then remain abstinent from it. If you are not able to stop alcohol yourself, then for deaddiction you can meet nearby psychiatrist.

Wishing you good health and all the best.
