Pediatrician 's  Response
Hello,

Blood in diaper along with diarrhea may be because of infection, anal fissure, etc. As your child is not eating well since weeks, has stomach pain are known case of milk soy protein allergy. Better to consult your doctor in ER and get some investigations done for exact cause of such complaints.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Khan Shoeb Mohammad Sher Mohammad
