What Causes Blood In Stool, Kidney Pain And Sharp Lower Back Pain?

hi my name is mikayla im 19 and hav a 16month old boy. for the last year i hav had blood in my stool and im sure its not hemeroids. i hav also been getting kidney pains every now n then an a sharp pain in my lower back, also sharp pains in my hands.

any ideas?
