Brief Answer:
Please refer to the detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the ECG report attached by you i would like to tell you that there is left axis in ECG and apart from that ECG is normal.

Now considering your left arm pain its advisable to get an Echocardiography done for further evaluation and later may be an TMT will also be required to rule out cardiac issue.

Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
Hello Again

Detailed Answer:
Its a sort of electrical conduction pathway change.

Although considering the age group any abnormality is highly unlikely. However its good to get one echo done and relieve all worries about anything wrong.

Brief Answer:
No Need To Worry

Detailed Answer:
Dear there is nothing to worry. These ecg change can also happen if bp remain slightly towards the higher side sometimes.

Thats why i suggested you to get an echo done. For pain you can take any mild pain killer like Flexon Mr for 3 days one tablet daily for 3 days.

Dont worry you will be alright.

Answered by Dr. Bhanu Partap (7 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Hello again

Detailed Answer:
Dear

It's just your hand which is having pain probably because of some muscle soreness. Considering your age group and normal Ecg heart disease is highly unlikely so there is no need to worry.

I told you to take some pain killers and apply some pain relief ointment. If that doesn't work then take a X-ray of your hand.
