What Causes Blood Discharge After Urination?

Hello. For the past couple of months each time I use the restroom when I wipe there is always a spot of blood. Not heavy, pinkish but it s always there. On a few occasions there has been a heavier and brownish discharge which lasts a couple of days. No odor. I m still having my normal heavy menstrual cycle and as always not on a schedule. In case it matters I m 31 and have had the Paragard for approximately 4.5 years. Is there cause for concern? Thank you.

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concern.
Your problem may be due to Paragard. Because it is intrauterine device. that can cause bleeding and spotting. Your problem may be due to some local pathology in cervix, or vagina also. I would like to know your TSH level. and fix an appointment for local examination.
