What Causes Blood Clots In Urine And Semen?

I am a 40 yr old black male. No smoking, drinking, drugs etc. My PSA score is 0.87 and my digital rectal exam is negative for cancer, but I am having an issue with blood clots in my urine and semen. Even with negative test results, is it possible I may still have cancer or BPH?

Hi,

If you have a prostate problem then on per rectal examination usually prostate palpable.

As PSA is within limit chance of cancer less. But you need to investigate further with semen culture, urine routine microscopic examination, and USG scan.

It will help in rule out any infection or cancerous growth if present.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
