What Causes Bloating Of The Abdomen With Nausea And Diarrhea?

This may be a silly question but is a bloated hard stomach one of the side effects of food poisoning? Ive had and conquered all the usual symptoms, nausea, diarrhea, chills, fever. But the painful, lingering stomach pain has me kinda worried. It hurts to walk or roll over when laying down. Thanks for listening.
