OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

I think that the condition of your can be due to urinary tract infection and there can be super-added gastritis as well. I will suggest you to do a urine routine investigation and start taking urinary alkalizing syrups for 10 days, and take tablet paracetamol for headache.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
