What Causes Bloating And Tightness In Stomach And Abdomen With Gas?

In the past week, anything that I eat or drink makes the top left portion of my stomach very diet. My abdomen is very bloated and tight. I am passing gas, have had bowel movements daily, drinking plenty of fluids and I am no tpregnant. Also have been nausea through out the day and middle of night and constantly burping. The middle of my stomach is so tight and its difficult to even eat a bite of food, although I am starving.

Hi,

Noted the history and understood the concerns.

Since you have normal passage of stool and gases , intestinal obstruction does not look to be the cause of this problem of bloating making your abdomen tight.
Hence the most possible cause I can think about is some sort of cyst or tumor.
This can be diagnosed by the following:
CT scan of abdomen.
Clinical examination, preferably by a General Surgeon.
Once the diagnosis is made the treatment will be as per the cause found.
