What Causes Bloating And Tender Breasts While Trying To Conceive?

This is the first month my husband and I have been trying to conceive baby #2. I tracked ovulation OPK's and after the 15th they have a ll been positive (today is the 26th) since the 15th I have been cramping in my lower old omen and back, bloated, and my breast have been really tender and swollen. I have taken a hpt and it is negative. I have a regular 30 day cycle. I start my period the 30th, which is still 4 days out, so am I pregnant or is it just early pms symptoms? Or did I even ovulate? Pretty confused and fustrated.

I understand your query.
You have traced ovulation by OPK & it was II result on 15th, that means you had ovulated on that day.
Bloating & breast engorgement on ( 15th ) can be due to ovulation.They remain for a couple of days. But these signs nearing menstrual cycle can be considered as early pregnancy OR premenstrual syndrome.
You can wait for 4 more days to know the result . But if you are very tense blood HCG test around expected day of menses is effective.
* My advise is not to panic, wait & watch, You have just started trying for pregnancy. Hope it happens this month only. But in case not--- Don't worry, you will get it next month!
