What Causes Bloating And Sore Breasts With Spotting After Taking Norethisterone?
Was on norethisterone to delay my period. stopped on Thurs. period came but very light on Sunday and is now away. still have bloating, acne, sore breasts and tiredness. will my period come back? or could i be pregnant even thought I took period? took pregnancy test last week which was negative but would have been to early to tell

Generally period will come 5-7 days after stooping the norethisterone.
Yes period will definitely come. Side effects occur due to progesterone hormone(pregnancy like symptoms). So bloating, sore breast, spotting, tiredness are common side effects of norethisterone. I will goes its own with in 5-7 days.
So wait for period to come, it will come.
If you had unprotected sexual intercourse during the period when are you was taking norethisterone then pregnancy possibility is nil as it act as contraceptive. But if you had sexual intercourse in fertile period then there may be chance of pregnancy. It should be confirmed by urine pregnancy kit, once your period will delay by 12-14 days.
If period will not come in 7 days after stopping the pill, period can be regularize by using clomipehene after consulting the gynaecologist.
So consult the gynaecologist for further management if period will not occur.
