Hello,
Vaginal bump is may be due to:
1. Vulvar cysts: Your vulva has a number of glands, including oil glands, Bartholin’s glands, and Skene’s glands. A cyst can form if these glands become clogged. The size of cysts varies, but most feel like small, hard lumps. Cysts aren’t usually painful unless they become infected. These will subside itself.
2. Vaginal cysts: Origin from wall of vagina. They are normally about the size of a pea or smaller. Vaginal inclusion cysts are the most common type of vaginal cyst. They sometimes form after childbirth or
injury to the vagina.
3. Other possibilities are
Fordyce spots, varicosities or ingrown hair et cetera.
Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your gynecologist, she/he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
