What Causes Bleeding Behind Eyes, Blurry Vision And Thin Film Before Eye?

I have glaucoma and diabetes type II. My eye doctor has seen some bleeding behind ;my eyes (spots) and now I am experiencing more blurred vision. I want another opinion because I have been telling him about this film I see when my eyelid is down. If I lift it I see clearly. I have already lost almost all of my vision in my right eye . He just gives me eye drops. I am considering a new clinic for exam.

you can have another opinion preferably from retina surgeon. have to exclude diabetic retinopathy if present then laser application is tobe done to seal the bleeding points.
