Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concern. Heavy exercise is completely contraindicated during early pregnancy and if possible, throughout pregnancy. Your history suggests that you may have had a threatened abortion where there is no pain but bleeding is observed as evidenced by the old bloody discharge that you had. The current cramping pain with bleeding suggests a possible inevitable abortion. Please see a specialist immediately for further care. If the pregnancy is still viable, further management aims at salvaging the pregnancy. Hope this helps.
