Hallow Dear,

Bleeding after intercourse mostly suggests some lesion on the cervix, commonly cancer of the cervix.

However, she is finding this slight staining of the wipes only. So it is likely that she could be having large erosion of the cervix which may be responsible for such slight bleeding. However, you should report to the Gynaecologist for differential diagnosis of the cause.

Cervical lesion should be biopsied and sent for histopathology examination to look for any evidence of cervical cancer. If it is a benign erosion, it may be treated with cervical cauterization.

You have to keep the possibility of urinary infection in mind. It can also cause blood in the urine. Urine examination will sort out the matter.

Any type of bleeding is not a sign of pregnancy. In fact any bleeding during any stage of pregnancy denotes risk to the pregnancy. The first cardinal symptom of pregnancy is missing a period. If she has not missed her period, exclude the possibility of pregnancy.

I hope this helps you today.
