Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The concerns you are having with trouble breathing is related not to UTI nor with strep throat. May be you are suffering from asthma. Your doctor should perform on you a spirometry.
The back pain may be related to poststreptococcal glomerulonephritis.
Treatment may need Corticosteroids or Imuran.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
