What Causes Black Stool, diarrhea And Pain In Pelvis?

Sometimes my stools are black and I've had diarrhea. When I wiped I saw a string of blood and also I've had a fuzzy appearance to my bowels. I feel pain in my pelvic area like right under my stomach. What could this be? The diarrhea isn't black today, it's brown but it has a yellowish jelly tint to it. The fuzzy part has disappeared. What could this be?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the color and consistency of fecal material greatly varies with the diet taken and it is not the sign of disease unless it is being proved and correlated with clinical complaints, so it requires the stool examination and clinical examination, beside this it may be due to infection and most probably it is the protozoa infection and it can be managed with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five this would be tentative treatment, drink more water and have some fiber containing diet, hope this helps.
