What Causes Backache On The Right Side?

Hi I am a 59 year old male. Have had 2 years of lower back pain on right side. Have tried PT and now 4 injections two each in SI joint and L5 S1 based on MRI. Back remains and just hit X-ray of SI right side Do not know if spine is causing pain or SI joint? Gus
