Dear patient Back pain with left lower limb radiculopathy that starts after jumping from height most probably due to disc prolapse At lumbar level. You need to be investigated with mri of lumbosacral spine with screening of whole spine to confirm diagnosis. Take tab diclofenac plus thiocolchicoside combination twice a day for pain relief plus tab vita B12 plus pregabalin 75mg at bedtime for 7 days. Visit expert spine surgeon with report.
