hi there, My husband wakes up every morning with lower back pain,
near to his kidneys. Once he gets up and walks about the pain goes ( after 20 mins approx). More recently he has now also started to get cramp in his legs (calfs and back of leg thighs). could you shed any light on what could be causing this ?
Hi, From history it seems that he might be having some back muscle stiffness due to sleeping and released after walking. He might be having Sciatica pain in the legs. Go for x-ray lower spines to find out any degenerative changes in lower spines or discs. Do back extension exercises. go for walking exercises swimming daily.Ok and take care.
