What Causes Back Pain At Night That Gets Relieved After Passing Gas?

i have back pain since one year more in night.. it wakes me up at night and then i have to walk around and gets relieved when i pass gas from mouth.. whenever i eat fatty food my stool becomes sticky on the toilet seat.. what is it and how do i treat it?

* Suggestions for better recovery

- Soft , light diet preferably at night .
- Avoid all oily , spicy , non veg , high caloric items , beverages .
- No late night dinners , dinner must be taken 3 hrs before sleep .
- Evening walking for 20 min after dinner advisable .
- Cap.omeprazole ( 20 ) mg before sleeping .
- Check to have smooth regular bowel evacuations .
- No smoking , alcohol .
- Have regular sound sleep of 7 - 8 hrs .
