What Causes Back Pain And Knee Pain?

Male, 58 Yrs, 172 cm, 68 Kg, some backache and pain in right knee. I generally sleep flat like a dead body and no gas passes out of my stomach. In the morning, there is so much pain that reduces by itself, once the gas is released during urination etc. Keeping warm (using blanket) helps.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that you might be having some degenerative changes in your spines and knee joint producing pinched nerve pain.
Go for x-ray lumbo-sacral region and right knee joint.
After report go for proper treatment and physiotherapy.
Ok and take care.
