What Causes Back/leg Aches And Cramps When Having Urinary Tract Infection?
Hi, I know you can t exactly give me an accurate answer without taking a test but for a little over a week now I ve been having really bad back aches & my legs ache really bad, I ve been having cramping like period cramps. I was due for my period 4 days ago. I don t normally have irregular periods. I am currently going through a UTI, I ve been to the doctor & I ve been prescribed medicine. I wasn t sure if a UTI could delay your period or if I m pregnant. I ve had unprotected sex. We haven t been trying for a baby but we both want one just when it happens it happens. I was just wondering about my period being delayed & if you had any idea why it would be. Thank you.(:

Urinary tract infection itself is enough to cause backache and leg pain and I do not think you need to find out another cause for backache and leg pain. I also like to add that urinary tract infection generally does not delay periods.
