What Causes Back And Stomach Pains Resembling Menstrual Cramps?

Hi, I am having back and stomach pains resembling menstrual cramps. But the pain is receptive to touch. If I press my back or stomach especially the sides, it gets worse. Also the left side of my abdomen is burning. Do you think this is a UTI or something else?

Hello
Welcome to HCM.

This may be due to gastrointestinal infection or it may be a calculus.
I would suggest you to go for Ultrasound of abdomen as well as urine complete examination. The reports will decide the further course of management.
You can take tablet meftal spas if required for abdominal cramps.
Hope this helps you.
Thanks.
