What Causes Back And Abdominal Pain And Heaviness While Urinating?
ok look, I m a 20 year old woman and for the past 2 months I have been expericing lower back pain that radiates to my mid abdomen, unbearable pain. After that I experienced a sharp pain on my left side that put tears in my eyes and made it hard to inhale. This pain was shooting up to my shoulder as well. Its been a few weeks and those pains have subsided a little but now I m feeling a heaviness in the bottom of my stomach when I urinate. Its as if I m about to cramp or have a movement but I m not. It doesn t burn to use the bathroom, my urine is clear, i don t stink, and my discharge is normal. This is driving me insane...Whats wrong with me?

As per my surgical experience, there sounds issue with stone in the urinary system most likely ureter.
Primary guidelines for the best recovery
- drinking more and more liquids
- cranberry sachets once daily in a glass of drinking water
- high intake of citrus fruits and vitamin C
Secondary care through ultrasound evaluation of abdomen & pelvis to find out the root cause and treat accordingly.
