What Causes Atrial Extrasystoles?

I have been diagnosed with extrasystole atrial I believe. It seems to come quite often in batches that last sometimes for a couple of days at a time. should I return to the doctor for further examination?

It also seems to stop with exercise, should I continue with that too?

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhanu Partap, Cardiologist
