What Causes Arrhythmic Heart Beat While Sleeping?
Hi, my heart stops beating when I fall asleep. I wake up, and I put my finger on my pulse, and it will beat a few times, then pause. Or, it will beat then pause, beat then pause. Sometimes, the pause will last for several seconds. I am afraid to fall asleep.
