What Causes Arm Pain?

my 5 year old has been crying through the night complaining of arm pain. I thought maybe his arms may go to sleep but it's been for about a week now. If he lays on that arm a few seconds later he's screaming in pain....all throughout the night. When I ask him whats wrong he states his arm
hurts. Should I be concerned?

HI...definitely it is matter of concern. It could be a pulled elbow. I suggest you consult your pediatrician or pediatric orthopedic surgeon regarding this. Pain is actually a protective reflex which prompts us to take necessary action. Please do not ignore it.
