hi I have had low WBC, high RBC, & high cholesterol counts on my CBC results for several years. I have had my L thyroid gland removed due to small growth & am taking liothyronine for low thyroid levels. On my most recent labs I have an elevated ALT level. Should I be concerned?

welcome to hcm, increased ALT levels are seen in liver diseases and muscle damage. red blood cells above normal is seen in heart diseases and polycythemia vera low wbc levels are seen in auto immune disorders that destroy wbc , bone marrow problems etc. hope this explains with regards Dr.Amarnath
