What Causes An Enlarged Eye Pupil Which Reacts Normally To Light?

My husband s right pupil is slightly larger than the other. His pupil does react normally to light, but when the light is removed, it goes back to its slightly larger shape. He does not have a headache, but is feeling under the weather with stomach issues. Any ideas?

generally it should not occur. might be some drug you are taking-some drug which contain atropine like ingredient. if it does not give rise to any other symptoms then need not worry. keep watch onit.
