What Causes An Abscess With Drainage Near The Rectum?

I had three cancers in the bowel removed in 2013 .Unfortunately I developed an abscess near where one cancer was close to the rectum. Sometimes over the years I have had discharge occasionally however lately the discharge has increased to the extent that I wear a pad 24/7. What can you suggest. YYYY@YYYY

This may be the anorectal fistula...or abscess.. U need to go to the surgeon for further treatment.. Till den take tab. Amoxyclave 625mg bd and tab brufen 400mg bd for 7 days
