Hi, Thank you for posting your query. It is unfortunate that your father died of massive brain hemorrhage. I have noted the findings mentioned in your father s report. The most common underlying cause for such massive brain hemorrhage is high blood pressure, which is not under control. Moreover, if the person is also on blood thinners such as aspirin, then, the risk of getting a large brain hemorrhage is much higher. I hope my reply has helped you.
