Hello,

Welcome to healthcare magic.

Acne and excessive hair growth on your face ( called as hirsutism) are both related to your underlying hormonal problem( PCOS).

Please continue the treatment for PCOS. You could also discuss the use of oral contraceptive pills for PCOS as this will help your cane as well and regulate your menstrual cycles.

For acne, you could use a gel containing clindamycin in the morning and benzoyl peroxide at bedtime.

For hirsutism, you could consider laser hair reduction.

You should try to reduce weight as it is important for your hormonal regulation.

Hope this helps you.

Take care.
