What Causes Acidity?
Hi doctor m suffering from IBS n tkg treatment for iti
doc has prescribed librax ibset n econorm in d mrg i go washroom twice n post lunch my stomach
becomes so heavy full of acidity dat i cant controlled n it remains for long dnt feel lyk eatg dinner
in d entire day i m realx only for 3-4 hours n restof d day i feel so tight
really got fed up wid dis prb
Al my test are normal bt donno y i face so much acidity

Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Since you are a known patient of IBS taking Librax, IBSet and Econorm, there are other concerns that are not attended by these medicines, particularly the fullness on lunch that you do not feel like having dinner and going for toilet twice in the morning.
I would advise you the following:
PPI like Omeprazole to enhance control of acidity.
Control of stress and/or anxiety is the mainstay of management in IBS as also for acidity.
Add-on Domperidone to enhance gastric motility, emptying and assist in evaluation.
May need adjustment of the dosages of Librax and other medications.
Identify the medications, foods and beverages that cause, enhance or instigate the problems and stop altogether.
Sleep well.
Identify the other factors , worries, things which you dislike and keep away from all these.
