Hello ma'am and welcome.

In my opinion you could possibly be suffering from ovarian cysts or polycystic ovarian syndrome, and may require an ultrasound examination of your abdomen and pelvis and a hormone level test. The initiation of simple medications like metformin can help regularize your menstrual cycle, and in time prepare you to conceive.

Best wishes.
