OBGYN 's  Response
You should have mentioned your age.
Bleeding after the intercourse (post coital bleeding) should not be taken lightly.
Post coital bleeding of any small or large amount suggests that there is some lesion either on the cervix (mouth of the uterus) of in the vagina.
The first diagnosis that has to be looked for in cases of post coital bleeding is the cancer of the cervix. So I would suggest you to get thoroughly examined from your Gynaecologist per vaginum to find out what sort of lesion is there inside your vagina and whether it requires any further investigations.
If there is any lesion - may be growth or ulcer or nodule seen inside, particularly on the cervix, them the biopsy would have to be taken.
Hope you take the advice and show to a Gynaecologist.

OBGYN Dr. Ramadevi Wani's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

When was your last period? It does not seem like your period.
If you have missed your period, it could be pregnancy. So get a pregnancy test done.
Since it started after your intercourse, it could be due to some vaginal abrasion. It could also be due to cervical erosion ( raw area on neck of womb) or cervical polyp.
Have you been regular with your pap smears? In a very small percentage of women it can be due to serious cervical lesions ( precancerous lesions) which are treatable.
So please fix an appointment with your GP/Gynecologist and get an internal examination done. That will clarify things. Get a pap smear done too if that is due.
I hope this is helpful.
