What Causes Abnormal Heart Beat?

hi my son is 7 years old, he has broncho problem since child hood. he always has a high fever which is recovered by always cefixime or ceepodem. today he has 103 fever and one mbbs doctor said check his heart his hear beat is variation. this high fever is normal
