What Causes Abdominal Pains In Childrens?

Hi, my nine year old daughter has been having abdominal pains since last year, took her for treatments where they run tests and in all these instances found no typhoid, no malaria, no amoeba, yet concluded she had some infection, they gave her antibiotics treatments.. note that this happened alternatively through out the year and the treatment was more like the same, until she reacted to antibiotics by exhibiting itchiness and pain on her vagina, this too was treated, however, we are at it again, the abdominal pains, frequent headaches and not severe diarrhea neither fever, kindly advice, we are in eastafrica.

General Surgeon 's  Response
HI.
Read the history carefully. Since there is no Typhoid, No malaria, No Amoeba, we should consider causes of pain in a girl of just 9 years old; the most probable other causes are: Worms, Lymph nodes in the Mesentery, Tuberculosis of the abdomen and so on.
Please do the following investigations: Ultrasonography and CT scan of the abdomen. This will give an idea as to the reason.
Stool should be tested at least 3 times to get a picture and she can be given tablets against worms.
