What Causes Abdominal Pain,bloating And Delay In Periods?
I just ran a mile during PE. 1/3 of the mile I was fine but then I was getting insane painful cramps on my stomach bellow my belly button. Then it was bloated for around 30 minutes and just walking made my stomach hurt a lot. I am also 4 days late on my period. What causes this?

Hi,
I think that stressful activities can sometimes lead to delay in periods. Also, hormonal irregularities can be a cause of irregular periods so I will suggest you to do a thyroid profile test. Have Drotaverine tablets for 5 days and Pantoprazole tablet 40 mg in empty stomach for 10 days.
