These adhesion bind different organs together and may lead to pain in abdomen. In certain cases, when the pain is intolerable, another surgery for clearing the adhesions may be required. The other possibility in your case could be Infection. The very fact that you had hydrosalpix means that you had infection in the tube. Probably after surgery this infection could have flared up. Even presence of endometrium (uterine lining) outside the uterine cavity (endometriosis) also can cause pain in abdomen. However, this pain is usually during the menstruation. My first diagnosis based on your symptoms would be post operative intraabdominal adhesions. Since they are so agonizing, you may require surgery for adhesiolysis.
