What Causes Abdominal Pain Followed By Diarrhea And Vomiting?

I had a situation a day ago where I was fine, then I ate a questadilla (I made it), eat them often, and an hour later I had severe abdominal pain (I want to say on the right side). Constipation, then diareaha, then vomiting. But before the diarreaha, I blacked out, I think from the abdominal pain, woke up to my husband helping me off the bath room floor. What should I ask the dr about when I go in for a physical in a week or two.

Hi,

I am sorry for the problems you are going through.

The symptoms you experienced (abdominal pain, diarrhea, vomiting) one hour after eating questadilla is suggestive of possible food poisoning. Although you've it prepared yourself, its ingredients you've bought in the market. Those might have caused the symptoms you experienced.

If the pain is unbearable and bouts of diarrhea are increasing, should go to ER for immediate evaluation and treatment.

Meanwhile, I advise to:
- increase water intake with oral rehydration salts
- tasectan for the diarrhea
- probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora
