What Causes Abdominal Pain During Pregnancy?

Hello,I'm sara,aged 24,height 180,weigh 55,I'm married but recently had a month abortion 2weeks b4 d wedding,wuld nt be married wit a preg,I'm now preg.d problem is I'm expriencin slight abdominal pain,d pain cmes on n off,sme wit d lst time,hpe my baby will survive it,doc said its ok but I'm scared,though didn't ve a complicatn after d abort.pls ans fast!

First of all let me assure you that please do not panic or worry about this pregnancy.
During early pregnancy some women do experience abdominal pain. If you do not have any bleeding or this pain is relieved after rest , you need not worry.
Also get USG done,to confirm pregnancy status.
I will suggest you anti spasmodic like Buscopan tablet, and Also add Cap Susten Sr 200 mg twice for next 2 weeks. This Susten will help support your pregnancy.
